REBOZO RITUAL

The Rebozo Ritual is an ancestral care practice of Mexican origin, reserved for women and performed by women. 

This ritual is meant to honor women as the most precious gem in the universe, gently supporting them through each key moment of life.

It can be done after childbirth to support the postpartum period, during times of grief, separation, marriage, or even a professional change. It is intended for all women seeking well-being, at any stage of life (except during pregnancy). 

This ritual allows you to celebrate a transition in your life as a woman.

The 2.5 to 3-hour ritual takes place in a warm and caring atmosphere, either in the comfort of your home or at the Mamavocado practice. 

It includes four key elements:

- A 3-hour ritual that includes 4 treatments

- A four-hand oil massage

- A hot herbal bath

- A time of sweating under warm covers

- A full-body wrapping using the rebozo scarf at 7 key points of the body

You’ll be accompanied throughout the ritual by a specially prepared warming herbal tea. 

Two therapists are present to provide this care.
